Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
flomi is a service of Sipful LLC ("flomi," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it plain because that's how we work.
What we collect
- What you give us. When you fill out our intake form or contact us: your name, email, what you do, your social handles, and anything you choose to tell us.
- Booking details. If you book a call, our scheduler (Cal.com) collects your name, email, and what you want to build.
- Payment info. If you become a client, payments run through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly — we never see or store your full card number.
- Mobile number (texts). If you're a client and opt in during onboarding, your mobile number — so you can text content to your flomi number and receive service messages.
- Basic technical data. Standard server and log data your browser sends when loading the site.
How we use it
- To reply to you and understand what you need.
- To provide and run the services you hire us for.
- To bill you (via Stripe) if you're a client.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run flomi, and only what they need: Web3Forms (form delivery), Stripe (payments), Cal.com (booking), Google (email + calendar), Twilio (text messaging and phone calls), Anthropic (the AI that reads and tidies text messages, and writes call notes), OpenAI (turning voice notes and call recordings into text), and Meta (Instagram messages, for businesses that use us there). Each has its own privacy terms.
Text messages (SMS)
If you're a client and opt in during onboarding, you can text content to your flomi number and we send you service messages — content confirmations, draft-ready notifications, and replies to your questions.
- We never share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in and consent data with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. This information is not sold or shared for marketing under any circumstances. We use it only to run the texting service you opted into (delivered through Twilio).
- Message frequency varies with your activity — you'll generally only hear from us in reply to what you send, or when a draft is ready.
- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text or data plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts doesn't affect the rest of your service.
Instagram messages
Some businesses use flomi to answer the Instagram messages people send them. If you message one of those businesses:
- What we receive: the messages you send that business, and the number Instagram uses to identify your account to it. Instagram does not give us your phone number or email.
- What we read from the business itself: its own posts and stories, and only when it asks us to (for example, to pick up its hours or an offer it posted).
- Why: only to reply to you for that business and to book your appointment. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for ads.
- How long: the conversation is kept 7 days, the same as a booking chat by text.
Phone calls
If you call our line and one of us picks up, or one of us calls you from it:
- What's recorded: the call, after a spoken notice at the start that it is recorded and transcribed. A call nobody picks up, or one under 20 seconds, is deleted without being read.
- Why: to write a short note of what was agreed, so we follow up on what we said we would.
- How long: the audio is deleted as soon as it's written out. The written note and the transcript are kept 30 days.
Google Calendar
Some businesses connect their Google Calendar to flomi so the appointments their customers book by text show up on it. If you connect yours:
- What we can access: whether you are busy or free at a given time, and the ability to add, change and remove events. We ask Google for those two permissions and nothing else: no email, contacts or profile.
- What we do with it: before offering a customer a time, we check that you are free. When a customer books, we add the appointment to your calendar (the service, the time, what is owed, and the customer's phone number), and we update or remove it if the booking changes. We do not read the details of your other events.
- How it's stored: we keep only the access Google gives us, encrypted, so the booking assistant keeps working without asking you again. We do not keep a copy of your calendar.
- Who we share it with: nobody. We don't sell it, we don't use it for ads, and we don't use it to train AI models. Our booking assistant is told which times are open, never what is on your calendar.
- How long, and how to remove it: the access stays until you disconnect. You can remove flomi at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections, or email hello@flomi.co and we delete the stored access. If you stop being a client, we delete it when we close your account.
- flomi's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
Only as long as the service needs it:
- Text conversations on our lines: 30 days for conversations with flomi's own lines, 7 days for a shop's booking chats.
- Photos you text us: 14 days.
- Voice notes: the audio is deleted as soon as it's written out; the words stay with the conversation.
- Phone calls we take or place: the audio is deleted as soon as it's written out; the note and transcript are kept 30 days.
- If you stop being a client: what our text line kept about you is cleared when we take you off it.
- A STOP request: kept for as long as needed to make sure we never text you again.
Our providers (for example Twilio for texting) keep their own records under their own privacy terms.
How to delete your data
Email hello@flomi.co and tell us how you reached us: the phone number you texted from, or your Instagram username and the business you messaged. We delete what we hold about you and reply to confirm when it's done. You don't need an account with us to ask.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop contacting you, at any time — just email us. Depending on where you live (e.g. California / CCPA, or the EU / GDPR), you may have additional rights, which we'll honor.
Cookies
The site uses only what's needed to function and sets no tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, does not fingerprint you, and collects no personal data: it shows us totals like which pages were read and which site sent people here.
