is this an app i have to download?
No. It's a text thread with our number. Save the contact once and that's it — no app, nothing to install.
where does my stuff live? can i lose it?
The conversation lives in the text thread on your phone. The finished work and the full-res files live in your space — a private link you can save to your home screen. Nothing disappears; you can read back through all of it anytime.
can i send a voice note?
Yes. Tap the mic on your keyboard and just talk — it arrives as words, and rambling is fine. Photos work the same way.
can i just email you instead?
Yes. Email hello@flomi.co like you'd email anyone, and we'll get it. Texting is faster, and it keeps everything in one place.
what does "approve" mean?
When a draft is ready, we text you a link to look at it. Reply yes when it's right, or say what to change if it's not. Nothing goes out until you do.
is it private?
Yes. Your thread is only between you and us, on our number — never public, never posted, never shared.
do i really not have to learn anything?
Right. If you can send a text, you can use it. That's the whole idea.
